No Return Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been sold.
All sales are final.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers are advised to review product details, ingredients, and usage instructions carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval and processing timelines.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable once the product has been sold or delivered.
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, at our sole discretion
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.
Important Notes
- Products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.
- Minor variations in packaging or labeling do not qualify as defects.
- Droply reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request that does not meet the above conditions.
