At Droply, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.


How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Registered email address

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval.


Refunds on Cancellation

  • If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be initiated.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.


Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders will not be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has already been dispatched

  • The order is in transit or delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete cancellation details are provided
