Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Refunds on Cancellation
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

The order is in transit or delivered
